Weekend Cocktail: Blame the Bastard

Blame the Bastard
2 oz Organic Nation Gin
½ oz Simple Syrup
1 egg white
2 oz Fresh Squeezed Grapefruit Juice
½ oz of Lemon Juice
Shake with ice for 1 full minute till milky and stiff foam develops
Serve over ice in a bucket glass
Finish with one shake of Angostura bitters
Garnish with one mint leaf
Enjoy the 'Bastard' at your next cocktail party or evening on the patio and do your part, select sustainable and local ingredients!
