PORTLAND, Oregon – (February 22, 2010) – Join Ashland-based Organic Nation for an afternoon of mixing Organic Nation Vodka and Gin cocktails with food specials prepared by the Heathman’s chef Karl Zenk. Dishes include oyster shooters made with Organic Nation Vodka and Gin Pig N’ Bits, a pork tenderloin medallion sautéed in a gin demi glace.
